IMO, there is one thing wrong with shorting. There is not equal access to being able to short. If I wanted to (which I don't), I for one cannot short PTSC even though I have a margin account with ETrade. Their canned message of denial is that they are unable to borrow the shares. With PTSC having 370MM common shares issued and outstanding? -- Gimme a break. Best Regards.
