Personally I don't believe the remaining J3 would receive a deal such that Sony did. I also beleive as the J3 litigation progresses, we will see continued MMP licensing agreements, albeit at potential discounts, but so be it. Once the J3 is settled, esp if favorably for us, IMO we will see a jump in licensing fees demanded.. therefore I beleive many companies out there will continue to hedge, and license the MMP now (before J3 determination) inorder to potentially save themselves from a larger MMP fee. just my little ol opinion.. peace out
