I think what it would mean (to us - ultimately) is that, if some very deep pockets bought out PDS and the MMP, several amoured cars would show up at PTSC's doorstep to deliver the cash. It would in essence be PTSC (and TPL, each) selling their interest in a 50%-owned subsidiary - not an uncommon event. In this way, again, they could sell their interest (which they couldn't do independently, really) and continue as an enterprise. I suspect the PPS would skyrocket, and we'd all be very happy campers. Creating PDS, I believe, makes the MMP sellable without any negative consequences. Not likely IMO - as the buyer would have to have very deep pockets and be a visionary. That's why I keep referring to Steve Jobs - He's the type that would do this. Apple is undoubtedly on notice and watching, and he has the deep pockets necessary - and if not, he could call Billy for another little loan! LOL. He has the resources, would save the cost of a license, and could grab the CE industry by their apples by throwing cash at us (and TPL, via PDS), just like he grabbed the MP-3 player market with an inferior product and a ton of money thrown at marketing.
