Then again what does "signed" mean? The impression I got from the letter was that they wouldn't hold back info when deals were signed. But maybe they could have a different definition of the word. An example of that could be, "I did NOT have "sex" with that woman." If they hold back the info of signing and use it to PTSC's advantage, I don't have a problem with it. If it is held back so insiders can load up, then I wouldn't be pleased.
