The dirty trick they played on PTSC with Sony...
If I remember correctly, Sony was considered "strategic".. At that point (& currently) whatever is beneficial for TPL is beneficial for PTSC. I don't believe there was any 'dirty trick' played on PTSC.
Semantics perhaps. Regardless.. What is important is what Pohl & the Board do have control over.. and that is the MMP $$ we acumulate.
