I understand TPL is funding themselves, Alliacense, Intellasys and the litigation via these licensing fees.. so it is imperative that they continue licensing thru the litigation.. they have to have money to pay the bills. So I would guess we will continue to see licensing deals at or just above the 'nuisanse' level to maintain their steady flow of cash. I would expect to follow this course of action until J3-Arm has come to whatever conclusion it is going to come to. Steady income form future licensees obviously is not a bad thing.. but Mr Pohl it obviously puts an even greater premium on your, management's & the Board's decision as to how to invest our MMP proceeds. Choose wisely please !
