Sec. 8 starting on page F-17. Ease: I believe the 316,100,499 and 412,963,173 are correct for a given period. However, it looks like they retired some of the warrants, which some here felt needed to be done before we started any share buy back. In retiring the warrants and debentures (which weren't completely gone due to the restatement requirements) The company had to issue someone "more shares" to satisfy the warrant/debenture retirement. LOL. Just try telling all that to someone... I may be all wrong and am certainly not qualified to comfirm this is what happened. Anyone else care to look over that section? My apologies if this is way off base.
