Regarding the upcoming 10Q

I really think investors/traders or whatever are getting a little way ahead of themselves in regards to the licensing revenue generated for Q107. All this talk about $120M in licensing revenue for Patriots take alone is IMHO ridiculous and absurd. Don't get me wrong I would love to be proven wrong but given past settlement figures I just don't see these assumptions as reasonable. When Lecky stated that licensing rates were increasing I don't think he meant by 5X-10X what we have been signing deals for...i.e. Casio ($2M). Like I said earlier I hope we got a minimum $50M from Sony and $5M a piece from the Pentax, Seiko, and Nikon and I stress that these numbers I'm using are optimistic. That's a total of $65M to TPL and $32.5M to Patriot after the 50/50 split. I could go further in using a range and say $27M-$35M is more likely.
Banosser - I agree with your thoughts that what D.Pohl and the Board decide to do with the cash we receive is the most crucial decision this company will face in the near future and yes the decisions made will drive the stock price one way or another. Pohl and the Board need to execute flawlessly and I'm sure they recognize this. They have shown ineptness in the past so I too hope they engage professional assistance from all possible angles in helping them make these important decisions. I just hope Pohl is genuinely looking out for the best interest of the shareholders as he has been claiming. Important decisions should be thought through carefully and thoroughly. Time will tell.
BTW This new forum blows...what's with this small typing text box?...and what's with the text being so light...can we darken the text to provide for a more distinct contrast to make it easier to read.
