..the game won`t be totally ``over``. PTSC could unilaterally license 336 to AMD, et al. Would be interesting, in that I doubt AMD or anyone else would necessarily want to license until the current litigation is resolved. But then...(If Moore/TPL wins this round) it`ll be a race between Moore/TPL and PTSC to get to AMD`s door to play ``Let`s make a deal``.
