IMO this is the biggest news that will impact our company in some time. And it could go either way. What it does for sure is fast-forward us to be able to judge TPL and Management imo. Conflict and strategy questions should soon be answered. Management knew of and explained the Sony situation as "strategic reasons" as far back as the SHM. I also remember, "not at this time" in answering questions of other joint projects with TPL. I don't know what the odds are of our involvement with this chip, but it's not out of the question. Separate deal from the MMP license and all we need is an 8k for 1.01 Mat. Def. Agreement with TPL. 8k 5 days out, EOY and a 1st QTR. all at once providing a perfect storm ...or not. joe
