Has anyone one taken notice of the new Pacer document posted by Wolfpackvolt. Thank you by the way. It shows Fujitsu and Matsushita as defendants. What has happened to NEC, wasn't that company part of the legal battle. Could they have settled? Someone may have posted this info and I have overlooked this. I am mostly a lurker but not by choice. I am on a Mac platform and it was impossible to become a member. I have bought at .09, .16, .28during the last two years or so. I wished I would have sold some at 2 bucks. I also have EDIG.
