Question...if ARM sold Indem. Clause to a long list of customers do we hold ARM accountable for all those involved there for hitting many with one stone rather than taking each one to court ....which leads me this, if our intention is not to hurt ARM how can we expect them to pay for all involved ...will we have to get them on a payment plan ...and for how long ? I guess this could be a good thing ..a steady stream of cash coming in for years
