I believe you are correct. It apprears Mr Pohl is making a specific point of this.. I belive it means to somewhat temper unreasonable expectations re licensing fees this 10Q.. Of course retail will interpret this info however they want, positive or neg.. regardless of the excellent upcoming Yr/Yr and then Qtr/Qtr #s regards
