Funny you say that, as I looked at it like... not to expect monster number from Sony. We would have to have a grasp on the usage to value these deals and that, for us, would be next to impossible imo. After all the talk and speculation, in the end, the numbers will be what they`ll be. Hopefully enough to give a leg up to SP each quarter.

I`m happy that they are able to continue to license while in a court battle. Thats very positive.

Thought DP`s letter addressed nearly everyone and everything possible. Good letter imo. Still think delays in various communications can be attributed to TPL with confidentiality(DP speaks of it often lately)agreements and previews. In this statement it looks like someone inserted ``Patriot`` for maybe ``company`` as typo was left in the share buyback paragraph.

Saw that the window of op. reappeared in between time Aliacense gave news and 1 1/2 hr later when PTSC reported Kenwood. Something I consider giving the licensee a chance to buy our shares. Maybe only to first movers? Worth watching for imo.

PTSC posted the ``Letter`` but not the Kenwood PR yet. Wonder why. In it had quotes from Turley and VP of a company it looks like we may be using. Links below.

``IP licensing companies have greater opportunities for sustained growth and success if they have multiple resources of IP to tap into,`` said Morry Marshall, vice president of Semico. ``The combination of Patriot`s legacy technologies developed in-house and its jointly owned portfolio with TPL Group leave it well positioned for the future.``
