Please correct me if I interpreted your comments wrong but you seem to suggest that PTSC has the power or the ability to hold share price down while they accumulate more shares. Again, correct me if that was not what you meant.

There is no way that PTSC or any company for that matter can artifically keep a price at a level to keep it to their advantage. There is no collusion between MMs and PTSC or their agents to set a price. Although some folks seem to hint at this. I have no doubt there is MM manipulation to some slight extent especially in OTC but absolutely disagree with the notion that any legitmate company and MMs are in collusion.
