I think you`re right about the 10K filing, but I doubt they will get the 1Q 10Q filed by Oct 15. Note that Pohl said it was due Oct. 15 in the shareholder letter, but did not commit to having it filed by then. I`m expecting them to at least file an 8K for the 10-day extension.
