This board is about truth, of which you have a problem.

The company stated in the 8k why they need to reissue prior financial statements. It was VERY EXPLICIT in the reason for doing so. And nowhere does it mention the reason you cite. So the question is, why do you continue to try to twist things that have been made public knowledge. This post of yours I am responding to is a prime example. You are trying to use the lack of knowledge by some to create an uncertainty in their mind. You are neither a moral nor ethical person. How you became a lawyer and CPA is a huge question in my mind - or did you lie about that too.

This ``selloff`` IMO is due to nothing but ignorance on the part of the small investor who does not understand fully what is going on with the filings. It is a tremendous buying opportunity for investors.
