Someone posted an article, not that long ago, regarding Tivo and the trending defense tactic of trying to get patents sent back for review. I believe a lawyer with T&T was even quoted. Maybe it could be reposted?

Anyway, it strengthened my belief that, at some future date, we will face just that. Could possibly come out of Texas from ARM even. Fine by me and the sooner the better as it would cause a delay. I`m one of the ones hoping for at least one holdout, to get a courtroom body slam under our belt. Attitude of all or none I guess.

So I don`t see any company offering enough money at this time to make all the parties happy. Come out of a review with flying colors...yes absolutley. But why would we even want to give up that kind of leverage and massive gravey train at that point? PTSC could? is a good question. Maybe Swartz could lead us in an equity financing gig, sucking the blood out of every cash strapped company on the planet... begining with ARM, maybe, after their devastating loss.
