Wishing everyone well here. Hopefully the judge will make some sort of decision shortly as to Higgins and so forth.

If PTSC prevails in Moore it just might have a leg to stand on its claims of 336 infringment. Why would INTEL be taking such an interest if they weren`t somewhat concerned?
