recovery. Considering what has looked like a total lack of interest in PTSC for months and the fact that it was a SEC filing and not news, it seems more likely that it was PTSC coming in to support. I have not been with the crowd who believes we are ``trying`` to keep the SP low ,so that we can buy back even more shares though. Not sure it would really help achieve stated near-term goal of a different exchange or change the market cap.
I could see a buyback at a certain price point that would insure admission to the Amex being more of a bang for the buck even if you are paying .25 or more per share to maintain for the required amount of time. Last we checked didn`t we qualify for all but the PPS? Anyway, we were quite close I believe.
Hopefully the next change to the way things are reported will bring back 8k`s for licensees. This secrecy stuff imo comes from TPL/Aliacense not PTSC. And the only benefit to it as I see it,is for hostile negotiations, not for the bulk of companies being approached and licensed. Since they have chips and services to market to these very same companies, we all should know that they aren`t trying to screw anyone on the fees. The company will find out what their competitors paid by looking in our Q`s.
