The sky is falling! The sky is falling! They have been deceiving us all along! Oh, the humanity! No money in the coffers! Nobody at the offices! Nobody will answer the phone! Who will save us shareholders! I`m drowning in despair! Glub...glub...

Their approach may be more subtle, but the intent is the same....FUD, FUD, FUD.
