The way I look at it, D Leckrone is Mama Bear, D Pohl is Papa Bear, and R Nielson is Big Brother Bear. Mama and Papa may fight sometimes, but they still have equal power.

In actuality, I can`t imagine that the ``power structure`` of PDS will ever come into play. PDS is there, as Larry said, to collect money, pay bills, and distribute profits. Nothing more, nothing less.
