Please tell us, what is not good about it. You are the one that brought it up. So tell us -

Does it affect the amount of income that PTSC will receive from PDS? No

Does it affect how the operations of PDS will be conducted?

No

Does it in any way mean that PDS will be able to do whatever they want because ``there is no controlling interest``? No

Does it mean that PDS does not have to abide by the documents governing their existence and/or operations? No

Your comment ``That doesn`t sound good...`` might have led a reader to believe, or at least start to have doubts in their mind, that the answer to some of the questions above might be Yes. I think you knew that based on previous postings you have made. And I believe that`s why you posted it.
