I agree. I know I am saying this after the fact, but I was a little surprised when they started out by reporting P-Newco under the consolidated basis, because the deal is 50/50. My assumption at the time was that there was some other determining factor that allowed/required them to do so. Obviously the new auditors disagree with the prior auditors conclusions regarding this.

At any rate, here`s my conclusion on the whole matter - nothing has changed (ignore Poker mvp`s fears. They are baseless) regarding the status of things. It`s just a matter of interpreting things so that the financial statements are reported correctly. While I`m not 100% certain, I don`t think there is anything negative that will result on the financial statements because of this new interpretation of things.

And as for the guys that want to squeal that somehow this is PTSC`s fault, couldn`t be further from the truth. PTSC was relying on professionals who should have got this right in the first place.
