The sp is under total control of the mms, what else could possibly explain the lack of a sharp upward climb, after all the good news (Signings). The 10Q will be out shortly and our biggest problem is going too be what to do with all the money, share buyback, acquisition, dividend or how about all three. Nice problem to deal with and the sp is bouncing between .80 & .84 what a joke. I don`t think they`ll hold it back much longer JMHO.
