OK... You espouse that you know for a fact that PTSC is no longer buying back shares.. Post a link or tell us exactly how you know this as a fact or your preaching is nothing but rank speculation.. no diff than what everyone else here is stating as their opinions re share buy back & poss price manip.

Manipulation.. This stock IMO has been manipulated every which way for yrs, and IMO it`s the nature of the OTC beast [which is why we need to get off this exchange] But, if that is the case, why not use it to PTSC`s benefit (in the short run)? Create a quiet period, keep price down, buy back shares, S&L convert warrants to shares to buy back to remain under the 9.9%, get rid of most of the daytraders, reduce the number shorting, let specific investors get in at a lower price.. there are numerous possible reasons.

As far as Fut being deceptive, that is laughable.. I would bet he is one of the least deceptive posters on this board. Besides, you think him spelling his handle the way he does is indicative of being deceptive??... What do you say about `Dood`?
