My recollection is that they announced the warrant buyback that you reference, and at the smae time (or close to the same time) announced an agreement for future warrant buybacks. However the future warrant buybacks were to be at the discretion of PTSC, meaning they could buy back warrants, but were not obligated to do so. Therefore, unless I`m missing something, there is an agreement in place, but PTSC may or may not have bought any warrants back at this time.
