I thought that marc and I had posted pretty respectful replies to you, making a suggestion that maybe you could ease up on posting as frequently as you had been lately. I had also pointed out an inconsistency in your post when you posted something as fact, when in fact what you were saying was not true. I had addressed a similar issue to SGE recently. SGE has posted on PTSC boards longer than anyone, and I respect what he brings to the board. Yet when he posted something I had an issue with, I brought it up and he looked at the facts and said ``Oops, you`re right``. This doesn`t seem to be something you are able to do. So be it.

2 issues here. My own personal belief is that it would be impossible for PTSC itself to manipulate the price. If someone could explain to me exactly how they might be doing this, I`d be glad to listen. Short of colluding with every MM that does this stock, I think it`s impossible. But that`s jmho.

Second issue - you are confused, as I had previously stated you might be. The share buyback program and the warrant buyback program are 2 separate plans that are independent of themselves. PTSC may at any time be buying shares on the open market, may be buying warrants directly from Swartz and/or Lincoln, or may be doing neither. Therefore the statement ``the Warrants could be the share buyback PTSC said would happen`` makes absolutely no sense. One program does not replace the other program, and PTSC has never said at any particular time that one was in action. At this time no one posting here knows for sure if either has or is taking place.

Funny, I don`t recall seeing anyone post that they were selling because they thought the price was being manipulated down by PTSC. If I missed that post, please share it with us. Instead, it appears you want to distort what some posters have said about why the sp is not rising. In fact, you posted that on a day (Sept 8) that the volume was it`s lowest since August 11 (yes, I looked it up to make sure what I was saying was accurate). Therefore, all this selling that you supposedly think the longs here are doing is only in your head. Doesn`t appear to be a whole lot of selling going on, no matter which way you look at it.
