2. 1 warrant becomes 1 share on conversion
3. Warrants normally contain a conversion price when issued
4. A price reset is possible
5. Warrants may or may not have an expiry date
6. S/L either have to sell shares to convert more or can sell the warrants
7. Once sold, they could convert at liberty, to the maximum
