You`re last paragraph makes my brain hurt! LOL

``I hope they report Sony revs later as it will give them a longer period to cut deals and buy back at the discounted pps -- at least IMO the pps is discounted today due to historical Q over Q / Y oveer Y numbers.``

But we`re going to get the new Q over Q / Y over Y numbers next week, creating a new ``history``; and the latter numbers should be considered impressive in anyone`s book. So the better numbers should reasonably be expected to assign a ``corrected`` number for our PPS. Now I`m assuming that the numbers will really impress, with or without Sony. Big assumption, but if I`m correct the PPS will rise, hampering PTSC`s ability to buy back shares at an assumed ``discount``. I also assume (again !!) that this will be our PR firm`s ``opening day`` and that they`ll earn their money by promulgating (to cast about, as in sowing seed) the news of our dramatic increase in revs., as well as future prospects (i.e., PTSC has ``hit`` 10 of some 300 companies put on intital notice of claimed infringement). These things coupled should IMO pop up the PPS. Think of it; in FY`04 a net loss of over $4M, in FY`05 a net loss of over $2M, in FY`06 a net gain of $25M++. And it seems I read that licensing fee money flows through PTSC as revenue before the split with TPL. If so, the revenues number comparison with the past will be extremely impressive.

So to unravel my confusion with that paragraph; why hold off reporting the Sony number when the YE number, with or without Sony, will possibly (probably) blow your ``discount`` PPS? And wouldn`t including the Sony number make ``better press``?

This also assumes that it`s ``optional`` to PTSC as to when to acknowledge the revenue (account receiveable in 4Q or ``real money`` income in 1Q). They`ll have to report the same way they have, under similar circumstances, previously (if it ever occurred).

Well, my brain feels better - hope I didn`t hurt your`s! LOL

These things I`m assumin`!
