On February 3, 2006, the Company agreed to redeem 2,000,000 warrants for $252,420 and has recorded a liability for that amount at February 28, 2006. Payment for the redemption occurred in March 2006.

If 20,000,000 warrants is approximately 20 percent of the outstanding warrants, that still leaves 80,000,000 warrants outstanding.
