This volume of paper being generated by our team does explain a lot for me. I have been under the impression that our legal team was big enough to support not only the ongoing litigation, but also to enable settlements (en masse) elsewhere. But this volume of paper suggests to me that nearly all of the legal team is dedicated to the J3ARM effort. Thus, not much movement on settlements with others.

However, I`m still of the belief that (form) letters with others could move pretty fast in the settlement offer/counter-offer activity. Hopefully such letters are flying through the internet towards achieving more settlements.

It`s about time IMO that we nail a well known American biggy with a recognized name, e.g., IBM, Apple, TI, Motorola. Even a big European company would be really good, e.g., Thompson, Seimans. How `bout Creative? - with a segway to Apple?

I`m really anxious for that 10K. Let Sony be in there!
