Whatever the motivation, it is apparent the stock price needs to stay *right....f`in....here* in the low .80`s.

Was it intentional mixed signals to file the delay, then a week later announce Olympus? Or, was the Olympus announcement a solution to stabilize the negatives of the extension?

Your theory on warrant liquidation is interesting, but I don`t have enough depth to comment on it`s plausability.
