Regardless of the reasons given for the delay in reporting....I suspect it was delayed and will be filed as it fits their collective timing agenda. Release the Olympus news first and hopefully a little something more...and fit in the filing in what might be considered the most appropriate space for its most dynamic effect. Perhaps not the way a company should operate but you are correct...why should they need more time. I tend to think we are going to see some near term positive developments IMO. A shareholder letter following the filing could provide some meaningful insight as well.
