IMO these CO`s will use that term to save face.....Most likely the writers who are on their payroll will tout that being the case......

It is like taking the fifth.......I did not do it but to have them lead me alone i will give them 20 million.....Again 20 milion here and 20 million there and i believe we have a profitable CO.......

I thought it was funny when Apple settled and paid 100 million and some writter said it was also a Nuisance payment.........Larry
