Somewhere I was informed that public companies could not report on an accounts receivable basis. Not 100% sure though. Anyway, is it not possible to ink a deal contingent on receiving funds at a specified date. In an earlier pr, TPL/Alliacense announced a deal contingent upon the other parties bod approval. AS far as end of quarter dates... I too am speaking from only my experience. I could well be wrong. Any comment on my thought that perhaps September could represent the start of a new fiscal year for TPL and thus could contribute how they might structure the timing of any recent deals? Taxes on these big numbers and when to pay them has got to enter into the equation. good luck!
