I agree, It looks like TPL and PTSC have decided to announce enough licensees each quarter to show nice quarter to quarter revenue. The first day of a new quarter TPL announces a new licensee, it was`nt the last day of the last quarter. Seems to me there is a plan. I will be impressed if we see about 1 a week for a while. That would show me that we really do have companies lined up and that TPL/PTSC is in total control of how many and when they are licensed.

September and October should be very interesting.
