I think the timing of the release of this news is

very interesting and opens the door for some speculation.

The last mini flurry of signings began at the start

of last qtr. todays news is day 1 of new qtr. seems

one could speculate that the release of news is being

orchestrated. and they chose a friday, after close

and the start of a 3 day weekend.....the window to release

bad news....not good news. very interesting. lets hope

ptsc/tpl have some plans for a launch at some point.
