Sorry, did not phrase that correctly. With all the action going on in court our TPL lawyers are going to be busy, real busy, (again, my guess because like you I am not an expert in law). I thought they would file their paperwork and then go off and sign up Toyota, BMW, Samsung, etc, etc, but when I saw the list, read the Pacer documents, I get a different view. That our guys are in a big battle that will require their time, focus, energy. So I am thinking it is unrealistic for me to expect them to go around the world signing up other infringers at this time. thanks for the kind, civil exchange of ideas.
