And IF my conjecture is correct, does that not provide an additional, logical, and beneficial (for PTSC and its shareholders) reason for delaying reporting?

Does anyone recall the limitations placed on companies buying back their own stock? I`m not so interested in time-of-day restrictions, but percentage of OS restrictions (was it 1.5% per day?).
