Marc,

like many here, we expect a little bit more tranparency which I am not able to see, yet.

However, I still believe that it should make sense for the progress of PTSC that the BOD acts in this way. We`ll try to ask at next SMH how they proceed. To wait from one filing to the next one is IMO not the best way.
