This should not be a big surprise as this has been PTSC`s course of action repeatedly. Not a big deal.

We`ll know, well, when we know. Who knows? Maybe PTSC will spend the extra time buying a share of two on the open market.

IMO, the real deal comes in about 90 days as we should have a much better report on all the ``silent`` deals which have taken place, or not, since PTSC`s announced quite period. My WAG is they have been using their time wisely, but there are no guarantees when playing with a penny stock.
