I was wondering if anyone knows if Germany can buy shares 6 or so hours before us if TPL announces a huge settlement after the stock exchanges in NY closes for the day. Say on Fri. night they issue such a statement. Can Europeons buy PTSC on the German exchange on Monday morning 6 hours before the US exchanges open? If so, how can we get in on this?
