With regard to the post which I reply - you`re still missing one point. When a Patent Indemnification Clause is included, it pertains to any and all patents that may be out there that may be found/claimed to be infringed. In other words, they NEVER say ``you are indemnified from patent # 123``. Such language would acknowledge the fact that the supplier intends to infringe. The whole concept is ``we don`t KNOW, but just in case...``. If you think about it, it makes sense.
