I don`t understand what you are talking about. Nowhere in that paste does it say Fujitsu had a Patent Infringement Clause in effect with ARM.

I guess you haven`t read my posts on this subject, or didn`t pick up on it. Just because ARM entered into contracts with the J-3 that did include the clause doesn`t mean that they did likewise with Fujitsu. Remember, it`s up to the customer (Fujitsu) as to whether the clause is included, and if they do include it, they pay more for the product of their supplier (for the add ``insurance coverage``).
