I am sure that they have a ton of insurance, but by getting into this battle it tells me that they stand to lose a greater amount than the coverage that they have...............If they really thought it was going to be a `` NUISANCE`` settlement.....ARM would not be in this battle...........They must believe they stand a great chance of losing and therfore a cascade down the line......Their competitors are not their friends and their competitors would like to see them go under,not in public but their private faces must be all smiles.....

INTEL, AMD got great deals and even though they say in public that paying up does not confirm guilt, you have to believe that they knew in a court of law especially Texas that their backs would be against the wall........

Now this sounds like hype, but this is my gut talking and imo we all still clueless here.......
