Here is my thought:

reading the filing I see no mention of the `336, however

they go on about the `584......so , I would think that ARM has a ace in the hole for the `584.

Here is what they may be up to, they may try to get the cost down by giving in on the `336 and side step the `586/or others and state that because they only infring on one out of two or four , then they should only have to pay ( say 1/4th ) the fee. Sense they are the big guys and major other companies are crying for help ( it sure looks like the J3 are crying for help), then they would do what they can for all their customers, and that is to cut the cost of a license by 75%, if they can.

Maybe a not so dumb thought, what do you think?

I sure like the appearance that the J3 are jumping up and down, pointing fingers at ARM and saying ``They did it, They did it!`` ..LOL
