ronran, correct if I`m wrong, but from a matter of law I think the above is incorrect. You can`t just say ``sue him, not me``. IOW, the final liability will be laid on Arm, but the J3 can`t just walk away, which is in effect what we are seeing. Arm has ``voluntarily`` joined the fray to try to limit their liability. Bit it is still part of the suit against the J3. The J3 lawyers will still be involved.
