Thanks for chimimg in! You`ve indirectly hit on the real beauty of all this, to my way of thinking. TPL/Alliacense has had to play the game, dinkin` around with the J-3 and a multitude of others, while the real fruit is with the ARMs of the world.

How long would it have otherwise taken to get ARM to the table or into court if this hadn`t happened? YEARS, I would think. This recent event has greatly expedited action against ARM, they are now front-`n-center, it appears.

Alot of attention will be directed at this, easing the burden on TPL to bring others to the table. While a defeat of the J-3 would have been sooo sweet, a defeat of ARM is the Holy Grail. Move up the time lines on everyone.

With this in mind, I take this whole thing as extremely good news (assuming others can figure this out). My buy of another 19,000 shares Friday morning is looking real good! (Could I have actually timed it right for a change? LOL).

But remember, I KNOW nuttin`! And others may not see it as I do.
