The below is a cut & paste from the Pacer wording

``TPL has accused several dozen defendant chips of infringement but only eight

chips are accused of infringement based upon the ARM Products. ``

SGE -The J3 would only be off the hook for those eight chips if and only if the J3 is indemnified from these specific infringment charges. Stands to reason. Please reply with your comments.
